I recently met a couple of German girls Eva & Nina who are travelling around Australia seeing the sights, they shared with me a couple loose end moments during their travels, here are their tales:

1. In February we met cole at the 12 apostles. we talked to him a couple of minutes and at the end we had an invitation to his place if we are in busselton/WA. long story short... after the nullabor dessert, a view days in margaret river we met cole in busselton and had a great time with him. we drove with his harley davidson, had a great seafood dinner, swam in the margaret river and so on. definetley a loose end moment. right time, right moment.

2. ok, the 2nd one sounds not so amazing, but for us, it was awesome. in margaret river we met a lovely couple from germany. hendrik and lina. after a few great moments there, we split for a couple of days and then they invited us to there appartment in scarborough. we could sleep in beds with white linen (!!!!), take a shower and had an amazing evening an there balcony with oceanview. in the morning, hendrik woke us up with fresh coffee and chocolat croissant. thats luxury if you sleep in our cosy campervan and take showers at the beach or in public showers (or at a lovley winery...)

Light Pass road is the much travelled track between my home (Barossavale) and Looseend.

It really is a turbulent roller coaster...which I will describe with some photos.....it is so uneven ....has the weirdest rail crossing I've seen ...has a deep drain culvert much like a slippery dip....another weird rail crossing.....and xroads over 80-100km/hr race tracks....and I travel it many times a week...with barrels full and empty, bins full or empty with grapes.....grape marc....and today ...bleary eyed from heavy manual work plunging caps over ferments and screwing down the hydraulic basket press...................I came unstuck ..........................losing a stack of barrels from my trailer which had been secure at Looseend but jolted "loose" by the time I reached Willows road....can you imagine the view of barrels bouncing and rolling down the road!!!..........talk about breaking out....getting loose!!
